Nottingham Together is a science photography project which seeks to bring communities together

We worked with a group of young people from the SEND group at the Greenway Centre in Sneinton on a project funded by Nottingham Together. Inspired by microscopy, the young people experimented with using different lenses to capture photos of nature and their daily lives.

This project aimed to encourage young people to look differently at the world around them, give them a sense of pride in their work and celebrate their creativity in their local community.

Their photographs were exhibited in the Dales Centre library in May 2018 and three of the photographs now are permanently on display in the Dales Centre meeting room.
