Become the first Scientist-in-Residence for Lab_13 Ghana

Lightyear and Ignite! are offering a unique opportunity to become the first two Lab_13 Scientists in Residence in Africa - an exciting challenge to be part of the proof of concept of Lab_13 International as a movement for development and change.

Lab_13 Ghana is a partnership project between Lightyear Foundation who run science projects in Africa, and Ignite! the founders of Lab_13 in the UK. Together, we are aiming to set up a trial version of Lab_13 in Ghana to establish a ‘proof of concept’ for a new model of science education in resource-constrained environments. In the long-term, we aspire to use the model and expertise developed through the Lab_13 Ghana pilot as a beacon of what can be achieved in other parts of Ghana, Africa and across the world.
We are seeking two talented professionals to develop, shape and support the long-term impact of this new venture.
